今月の「あつた宮餅」のご紹介です☺️
4月限定の和菓子の菓銘は「ひとひら」🌸
三河のみりんを隠し味に加えたこし餡を使い、伊勢いもを使用した薯蕷饅頭として仕上げました。
他のレギュラーの3つは、熱田の老舗4社（あつた蓬莱軒、亀屋芳広、妙香園、きよめ餅総本家）が共同で開発した、気品ある逸品です😋🍵
新しい一歩を踏み出す自分へのご褒美に、大切な方への新しい季節のご挨拶に。

The next Atsuta Tsuitachi-ichi will be held on April 1st at Atsuta Jingu Shrine, starting at 9:30 AM 🕤⛩️
To all of you celebrating new beginnings—whether it be entering school or starting a new job—we offer our heartfelt congratulations! Why not begin this new chapter with a refreshing “Tsuitachi-mairi” (monthly shrine visit) to the sacred grove of Atsuta? 🙏✨
Introducing this month’s “Atsuta Miyamochi” ☺️
The limited-edition theme for April is “Hitohira” (A Single Petal) 🌸
This special piece is an “Artisan Jonyo-manju” (steamed yam cake) crafted with premium Ise-imo yam. The center features smooth red bean paste with a hint of Mikawa Mirin as a hidden flavor, creating a deep and sophisticated sweetness.
The three other regular pieces are elegant masterpieces co-developed by Atsuta’s four legendary historic establishments: Atsuta Houraiken, Kameya Yoshihiro, Myokoen, and Kiyome-mochi 😋🍵
